Supplier Registration Costs (Including IAGTO Membership!)

IEC is open only to IAGTO members. However, non-members can register for IEC and join IAGTO at the same time.

The Non-Member IEC Registration & Membership Package - EUR 2,885

The Registration Fee includes:

  • 1 delegate registration (additional delegate registration fee - EUR 490)
  • 1 appointment diary
  • 1 table with 4 chairs for the 2-day Convention
  • 1 electric socket provided with the table
  • Free WIFI in the Convention Centre
  • Up to 40 pre-scheduled appointments
  • All business sessions
  • 2 Convention Lunches
  • Welcome Reception at a single venue on Mon 19 May
  • Gala Awards Dinner on Wed 21 May
  • IAGTO’s Carlton Bar at Café del Mar in Meloneras on Wed 21 May
  • Transfers between official hotels and Convention Centre where required (most are within walking distance)
  • Transfers between official hotels and Golf Tournament, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner (where required)
  • Airport-Hotel arrival transfers on 18 & 19 May (times to be specified)
  • Hotel-Airport departure transfers on 22 May (times to be specified)

Not included in the Registration Fee:

  • Hotel Accommodation (rooms can be booked on the IEC website)
  • IEC Golf Tournament on 19 May (EUR 100 including lunch and transfers)

All 340 Supplier Tables have already been booked, but please go ahead and submit your registration application as we constantly reviewing the situation, due to the high demand.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NON-MEMBER SUPPLIERS

Invoicing & Payment

Following application approval, you will be invoiced for your IAGTO Membership which will be activated as soon as payment is received. You will be invoiced for the Convention Registration Fee in January (or together with your membership fee if you apply after January).

Delegate Name Changes

Delegate name changes can be made without charge but must be notified to IAGTO.

IAGTO Membership Cancellation by You

No refunds or partial refunds of the IAGTO Membership Fees are made under any circumstances should you decide to cancel your IAGTO membership at any time.

IAGTO Membership Termination by IAGTO

IAGTO reserves the right to terminate IAGTO membership at any time without whole or partial refund if the Code of Conduct is breached or if your company is found no longer to be compliant with IAGTO Membership Criteria. Convention Registration fees will be refunded in full if membership is terminated.

Convention Cancellation by You

Should you decide to cancel your attendance of the Convention the following cancellation terms will apply to the Registration Fees:

Cancellation before 1 April 2025 Full refund
Cancellation after 1 April 2025 No refund provided*

Convention Cancellation by IAGTO

Should IAGTO cancel the Convention for any reason including but not limited to force majeure, pandemic concerns at the discretion of IAGTO or the host destination, withdrawal of the host destination, significant drop in attendance or failure of the host destination to deliver the necessary services, IAGTO cannot accept any liability for costs incurred by registered suppliers including but not limited to international or domestic flights, and the following cancellation terms will apply to the Convention Registration Fees:
