TERMS AND CONDITONS FOR NON-MEMBER BUYERS
Invoicing & Payment
Following application approval, you will be invoiced for your IAGTO Membership which will be activated as soon as payment is received. You will be invoiced for the Convention Registration Fee in December (or together with your membership fee if you apply after December).
Delegate Name Changes
No charge for delegate name changes provided that IAGTO is notified of the replacement delegate’s details including job title.
Convention Cancellation by You
Should you decide to cancel your attendance of the Convention the following cancellation terms will apply to the Registration Fee:

No refund provided and any outstanding registration fee invoices must be settled in full |
Convention Cancellation by IAGTO
Should IAGTO cancel the Convention for any reason including but not limited to force majeure, pandemic
concerns at the discretion of IAGTO or the host destination, withdrawal of the host destination,
significant drop in attendance or failure of the host destination to deliver the necessary services,
IAGTO cannot accept any liability for costs incurred by registered suppliers including but not limited
to international or domestic flights, and the following cancellation terms will apply to the Convention
Registration Fees:

IAGTO Membership Cancellation by You
No refunds or partial refunds of the IAGTO Membership Fees are made under any circumstances should you decide to cancel your IAGTO membership at any time.
IAGTO Membership Termination by IAGTO
IAGTO reserves the right to terminate IAGTO membership at any time without whole or
partial refund if the Code of Conduct is breached or if your company is found
no longer to be compliant with IAGTO Membership Criteria. Convention Registration
fees will be refunded in full if membership is terminated.
