Amenity-Rich Clubhouse to Complement Villas & Award-Winning Golf Course

SEDONA, Ariz. ( May 19, 2014) Enchantment Group, managers of Seven Canyons, recently broke ground on a new clubhouse for the 18-hole golf course and associated residences. The 12-month construction project, one of the largest projects currently underway in Yavapai County, is due to be completed by next spring. The Clubhouse will serve Seven Canyons’ members and homeowners as well as guests of Enchantment Resort.

“We are pleased to get this project started,” said Mark Grenoble, President and CEO of Enchantment Group. “With this groundbreaking, and with our golf course upgrades for Seven Canyons well ahead of schedule, we are completing the final piece of making Seven Canyons one of the top golf communities in the Southwest.” Enchantment Group was awarded the management contract last June by Northlight Financial Services LLC who holds a majority stake in Seven Canyons.

Designed by Douglas Fredrikson Architects, the clubhouse design complements the Villas, the luxury residences at Seven Canyons, with materials such as reclaimed antique wood beams and native stone as well as extensive patios and large windows to bring the outdoors in. The clubhouse is beautifully sited near the entrance to Seven Canyons, with sweeping views of the red rock canyons and lush golf course. The 14,000 square feet of public space will contain a restaurant, bar and grill with spacious outdoor seating, fire pits and shaded cover, as well as a full-service golf shop, fully-equipped fitness center, and ladies and men’s locker facilities with showers and steam rooms.

The construction contract was awarded to Skanska USA.
