Since the beginning of 2010 Las Colinas has implemented a Guest Satisfaction questionnaire for visitors to the golf course who are playing during this pre-opening period. Many of them are national and international golf professionals, as well as Las Colinas house buyers, who are Eagle card holders.

Using a scale of 1 – 5, with 5 being the highest score possible, players were asked to rate their experience at Las Colinas in a number of key areas. The objective for Las Colinas is to identify the strengths and improvement areas of the golf course, thus allowing optimisation of the golf course and Guest services provided, in readiness for its official opening.

The average score achieved in the period January-February 2010, with a total of a hundred questionnaires, was excellent at 4.90 (out of a maximum of 5). The course stands out for its exceptional greens. The intention of coming back to play, as well as recommending the course to others, achieved a fantastic score of 4.97. And to quote some of the players´ written comments: “Very impressed with the golf course; a great day of golf”, “The best greens I have ever played on”, “Superb course, everything was so good that you could not fault anything, 10 out of 10!”.
